Yesterday I went out and bought a new air pump and got my mountain bike back into shape. Too bad it won't be so easy to get myself back into shape.
Part of the problem is that I don't gain weight, so it was easy for me to neglect regular exercise. Now I'm so out of shape a short jog kills me.
Of course being at this altitude doesn't help.
Today I went for a ride and realized exactly how bad off my entire cardio-vascular system is. I'm out to change that and hopefully not kill myself in the process.
