So this is how my life has always gone...
Things are changing all around me, and within me as well... things I am appearantly powerless to change. I am at the mercy of an entity who has no mercy. How does one react to that?
If I step one direction, I do something that is popularly percieved to be bad for myself, but good friends of mine have called "exactly what I need."
To step the other direction is to risk doing something that is popularly percieved to be bad for those close to me, but I am not convinced it will be any such thing... "crisis precipitates change" ... and for all those involved, a healthy dose of change is in order.
I only wish the change were less catastophic and more calculated. I pace because the deciding factor for this impending pendulum swing is entirely out of my control... I can only wait for the piece of paper to arrive in my mail box... and then we shall see... we shall see...
