...and this isn't me being a hypochondriac. Those are all things I have been diagnosed with and have either undergone treatment or am currently taking medication for.
So...
When I say I don't feel good, it probably means that I DON'T FUCKING FEEL GOOD. I don't need anyone making wise cracks about me playing sick or trying to get out of work. It could be any of those things I listed, or I may just have the flu for a change. So back off or you may get reincarnated with my body...
