The childishness of the human race never fails to amaze me. How can we say that any of us has a clue when we (collectively at very least) act like a bunch of spoiled toddlers? Why is it than when things don't go our way we immediately resort to throwing tantrums and hissy fits?
Now I know it's humorous to imagine a grown man holding his breath until the beer gets opened and placed in his hand, but at the root of a child's tantrum is the belief that there is no one else in the world but the child...
...and so often we adults forget that we aren't the only humans in the world... and that often our feelings aren't the only thing at stake.
We need to make a habit out of being aware of how our actions effect those around us. And if I can figure out how to do that, I'll let you all know...
But it sure as hell needs to get done.
